I didn't like when I searched for "yoga for miscarriage" on YouTube that many of the video results were for improving your fertility. I didn't want to improve my fertility.
I was grieving the loss of my children. I was having a hard time processing my thoughts. I was doubting my beliefs. I was sad, lonely, depressed, angry, bitter, frustrated, confused, empty, and a million other things. Figuring out how to get pregnant was not on my mind.
I missed my kids. I needed a hug. I just needed someone to be there with me.
So, my dear friend, my intention is to be here for you.
To offer you a hug through yoga.
To create a place for you to feel and process through all those feelings.
To ask the hard questions.
To miss our kids together.
Just someone to simply care for you.
Just someone to support you.
Just someone to walk with you on the narrow path.
I am here to provide support and encouragement as you journey through your loss. It is a long, difficult road - one that many have unfortunately traveled. Because of that, we can find comfort knowing that others have walked before us...we are not alone.
